Well, I was able to make a little progress this week. I was able to cut and sew on the binding on My Kind of Town. After much back and forth, I finally settled on this grey and white fabric on the bias. I hope it looks a little like rain?

Now I just have to hand sew it on the back 🙂

Another positive today, is that I didn’t buy some fabric I didn’t need for a block exchange. I’m always so excited to work on those types of things, but I asked myself if I really wanted to work on the sew along more than on the projects on my list. And the answer was no, so I was able to leave the fabric behind. Yeah me!
